A film by women, For Women
When creating the script and casting for this film, I made it a priority to ensure that women were at the forefront. The majority of the cast is female, with 7 out of 9 roles played by women. In addition, the crew also reflects this commitment, with 6 out of 8 crew members being women. Given the sensitive nature of the topics depicted, I conducted thorough research and took every step necessary to meet the local ethics board's requirements before filming. It was crucial to me that the film authentically represented women's experiences while handling complex issues with the respect they deserve.
